Το project αφορά στον σχεδιασμό διώροφης κατοικίας με pilotis και εσωτερικό εξώστη. Στη στάθμη του πρώτου ορόφου αναπτύσσονται οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι της κατοικίας ενώ στο δεύτερο όροφο τα υπνοδωμάτια. Η χωροθέτηση του κτιρίου δημιουργεί βέλτιστο και ενιάιο εξωτερικό χώρο, εκμεταλλεύεται τον προσανατολισμό και μεγιστοποιεί τους χώρους φύτευσης. Για τις όψεις επιλέγονται στοιχεία μετάλλου, αλουμινίου και ανοιχτόχρωμη βαφή για την βέλτιστη ένταξη του κτιρίου στην περιοχή. Στους εξωτερικούς χώρους επιλέγονται φυτεύσεις με δέντρα ή φυτά ή αγριάδα, ενώ οι διαμορφώσεις γίνονται με φυσικά, χυτά υλικά για καλύτερη αποστράγγιση και αισθήτικό αποτέλεσμα.

The project concerns the design of a two-story residence with pilotis and an internal balcony. The common areas of the residence are developed on the first floor level, while the bedrooms are on the second floor. The layout of the building creates an optimal and unified outdoor space, exploits the orientation and maximizes the planting areas. For the facades, metal, aluminum elements and light-colored paint are selected for the optimal integration of the building into the area. In the outdoor areas, plantings with trees or plants or wild grass are selected, while the configurations are made with natural, cast materials for better drainage and aesthetic effect.
